Dr.Gottlieb saved my life. Although I am in the Swedish system, I keep going to Dr. Gottlieb because he was on call at St. Anne's after my heart attack and over a year later, I can see that he and his team (Pon and others) are just that good. He has gotten me in for short notice appointments (e.g. a pre-op) and kept on top of scheduling lab work and scans. I feel as if I am in good hands with them. They are competent and attentive. Highly recommend.

It is honestly sad the level of unprofessionalism that Michelle shows! I had an appointment on 11/5 that I unfortunately missed, I am human and I didn't have it noted in my calendar. I have called almost every other day for the last 30 day's to attempt and r/s. I finally got Michelle on the phone today and asked about getting rescheduled and her response was this- We won't see you here due to "no show" I asked Michelle why there wasn't a reminder call, email or text. She replied saying "because I don't have time". Followed by her rudely hanging up in my face as I was speaking. I have tried to call back about 30 times since then and she is now screening the phone calls. I left a personal voicemail for the practice manager as well as Dr Gottlieb himself and I hope these messages are heard and handled correctly. Having any type of heart issues is scary enough, but to know that the front desk contact point has no care nor compassion for the patients is extremely disappointing! I am using my husbands account, my name is Allante M Miles and my father is also a patient here and he himself agrees that Michelle is RUDE and has no desire to change her attitude as it's been the same for the past few years he's been seeing Dr Gottlieb. I hope this review will bring awareness to this issue.

I want to give 5 stars but it's difficult when you try repeatedly to call and make an appointment and no one answers your call you have to leave a voicemail with the staff, it's very frustrating when you leave a message and get a call back when you're working and not speak to someone when you have time to talk. The receptionist literally scheduled my appointment over the phone and I tried to call back to confirm......nothing....yet another answering machine. It like I have to take a day off to go their in person schedule or to confirm my appointment. Very frustrating.

Very thorough, knowledgeable and listened to my and husband's concerns. We are now both 60 something patients.
