He demonstrated unprofessional behavior with his assistant in front of the patient (me), berating her and being condensing towards her for following her manager's mandate --related to COVID -- because it made it difficult for "him" to see/edit his notes! He showed lack of care and empathy to my concerns and questions during my initial visit. Despite spending an entire day undergoing 3 stressful medical tests that he requested, he has neither called to give me the results nor uploaded the reports into MyChart as I was told would happen by Medical Techs by EOD Tuesday 6 Oct 2020. After repeated calls to his office to follow up, I discover he is not only out-of-the office for an entire week; he has not delegated to any other provider to call with results. Not only unprofessional, but negligent.

Toprak said this is not true. i dont know who to believe at this point. these guys are a complete joke. my mother deserve much better care. you ask? Ive worked for northwell cardiology in nyc for a handful of years. I know the standard. toprak is a clown and razak ethar as well.

Dr. Toprak is a fantastic... Great Friendly personable specialist..

I am alive from his experience and quick action along with the rest of all staff.

He was very knowledgeable and very thorough.
