I was very nervous and embarrassed about my issues. The professional ism and the matter of fact way they presented my options was kind and helpful. Every time I got to my appointment I never sat in the waiting room any longer than it takes for me to listen to one full song, so less than 4 minutes. Very concerned with not causing me pain. Felt cared for. Thank you!!

I am currently looking to move to the Bothell area and I thought I would look up a new clinic to go to but when I saw this one had such a high 1 start rating I thought I would see what they had to say. Almost all of them talk about the front desk staff being very rude and not very knowledgeable about how to run a front desk if a medical clinic. Apparently they have a doctor there that should fall under Trump's "need to comprehend English" law from what a couple of the reviews talked about and the pictures of the chairs all I can say is "wow really!?!?!?" So I guess I won't be going to this clinic after I move I will just make the trip to another one that I am already a patient of.

I ran into a situation at HealthPoint Bothell where it was very important to get a timely response, and I couldn't get any response from the primary care doctor. Even after following up several times, I couldn't get anywhere. At other health care groups I've been able to talk to another provider if the main provider was unavailable, but in this case, they've been impossible to get in contact with. Needless to say, I switched to a different clinic and won't be back to HealthPoint.

Garbage "dentists". Do not go here. Worst dentists in the Seattle area. They can't do a filling to save their lives. All of the fillings they've done for me in the past couple years have cracked within weeks. They shouldn't even be allowed to practice dentistry. I'd trust my teeth to a McDonald's employee before ever going to this office again.

It has taken me a while to write this, but I feel it's important to share my experience and let others know before making a decision. Full disclosure, I've since gotten a new IUD placed elsewhere with IV sedation and it was fantastic. Getting an IUD at HealthPoint in October of 2024 was the most painful medical experience of my life. I've had two IUDs before with only mild discomfort, but this time was different--the pain was excruciating. I was visibly distressed, crying and shaking, but Dr. Easaw didn't pause or check in. I left barely able to walk and spent the next day in bed, in tears. Weeks of pain and bleeding followed, and an ultrasound suggested the IUD may have been placed incorrectly. This isn't a personal attack on the doctor--I know not everyone will have the same experience--but it's vital that providers show both skill and empathy during such sensitive procedures. I later learned that IV sedation is an option, but it was never mentioned to me. If you're considering an IUD, advocate for yourself and seek care elsewhere. Ask about pain management, who's doing the procedure, and what their approach is. And most importantly, trust your body and speak up.
