Excellent service! My second time here and both times have been great. Everyone from the front desk to the techs are friendly, very professional and know exactly what they are doing. This last visit was for an arthrogram MRI. Everyone walked me through it and made sure I was comfortable at every step. I would recommend this place to every Canadian waiting on our embarrassingly long wait times for a CT or MRI to book an appointment!

Outstanding experience from time of booking to completion of the MRI. All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, provided all the necessary information. The tech was exceptional in ensuring I was ok during the procedure checking on me regularly. I choose to go to the US vs have my scan in Canada due to exceptional long waits - 7 months for a priority 3 scan (within 1 month). My scan was done in 6 days from day I made appointment. I was given a CD with the images and had access to the online portal. I also saved $300 vs going to a private Clinic in BC.

I've had 3 MRIs with BAMI now, and every visit has been quick, convenient, and everyone involved has been extremely professional, thoughtful, and kind. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this facility and staff everything was clean, comfortable, friendly, and easy to undergo the procedure I needed to have. My technician was extremely friendly and even took me in earlier than my appointment as we arrived early lunchtime actually!
