My daughter had a post tonsillectomy bleed and we ended up with emergency surgery. The staff was incredible. From the time we arrived every nurse and doctor were kind understanding and efficient. The surgery nurse even stayed overtime to make sure we taken care of. Thank you for making a rough situation better.

We would like to recognize Alyson, Clinical Lab Assistant II, for her exceptional care during our prenatal visit. She was warm, gentle, and extremely skilled. My wife was nervous about the blood draw, but Alyson made the entire experience calm and comfortable. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made a huge difference for us. We sincerely appreciate her outstanding service and hope this recognition reaches her and her leadership team. Thank you, Alyson!

Feed back: Dr Peter Koon and staff It was my decision to call and schedule an appointment with Dr. Koon at Overlake Medical Center. I am glad that I did, not only was I seen within a week of the call, the entire experience was extremely quick, knowledgeable, and pleasant. To my total surprise Dr Koon turn out to be a homey from East Harlem, New York. That's a major plus! The office staff are great. They greet you with a big friendly smiles and a willingness to assist... A special shout goes out to Kandice, who checked me in and Jason for giving me Kandice's name, when I forgot it, and it's correct spelling. I will continue with Dr Koon and his staff for any and all medical management into the future. Dino

My wife and I welcomed our baby girl here and were so lucky to have Garrett Koslan as our provider, as well as a fantastic group of nurses, throughout the labor and delivery. We had to stay for multiple days due to some complications following the birth, but throughout the process we were communicated with effectively, afforded grace, and cared for compassionately. Thank you Garrett and Taylor in particular for ushering us through this once in a lifetime experience!

After seeing a rheumatologist for chronic pain, I had to do extensive lab work. For me, this is extremely difficult as I have a severe phobia of getting blood drawn--where I have previously fainted, had my heart rate skyrocket and oxygen plummet, etc. Thankfully, Mary Ramos and Alyson Yang were working that day. Both individuals were incredibly compassionate and actually listened. Alyson did an amazing job at distracting me, while Mary took nine tubes of blood without causing me any pain. I could not have asked for a better lab work situation. From the bottom of my heart, I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to both Mary Ramos and Alyson Yang!!!
