I called the Billing customer service for my questions on my bill. The lady who picked up was very rude, she didn't listen nor let me finish. She was kept speaking what she wanted to say. I asked the manager, but she just hung up on me. I was very shocked ! I have never had kind of customer service before anywhere! That's because I am non native speaker ?? Anyway, I recently changed my prime care doctor with them, but I am seriously change that again. I don't want to deal with that kind of services every time I have questions.
