Patient
Not going to lie. I don't like hospitals or doctor. But Dr Gandhavadi and his stafff has changed my opinion 100 percent! I've had really bad experiences with hospital and doctors with the scars to prove it, bad diagnosis and feeling more like a PAYING customer, instead of a patient in a revolving door. I use to hear stories about healthcare professionals who actually care. But thought this was a myth. Overworked professionals and underpay is a REAL issue and I understand burnout. But this by far was the GREATEST experience I had. I got there at 5:15 for a 5:30. I was really ANXIOUS. When I'm anxious I can get really BULLISH and short tempered. I went to the wrong area and was worried that it was after 5:30. When I was called I was really short with the receptionist. Instead of taking it personally, she calmed me down. She put my mind at ease, letting me know it was ok I was a little late. She was pleasant and amazing, to someone who didn't deserve it. When I got to the surgery the staff put mind and my wife's mind at ease. EVERYONE from the doctor to my RN Aliya were my personal little ANGELS. At least, they made me felt safe like that. Can't say ENOUGH about the staff, they ARE the 2025 DODGERS of the MEDICAL WORLD. Real Champs. Dr Gandhavadi answered ALL my questions with concern, real ATTENTION, and explained everything with empathy and clarity. That wasn't just him, it was his entire staff. From the lady who brought my food after to the OTHER RN who ran over with a cough drop because she heard me coughing, even though I told my nurse I was ok. Thr care and attentiveness is top notch. Wished I loved closer do this could be my regular hospital.
