After coming here over 20 years they misled me to believe they changed their clinic name but didnt mention anything else had changed. Had me in for a normal appointment then sent me a large bill. Said the insurances they contract with also changed but said that it was my fault for not researching. The office manager is incredibly rude, dismissive and condescending. Stay away!!

Mixed review. I visited the office last year as a new patient. Wait time was really long and the girl at the desk seemed new and like she didn't know what she was doing. That's fine, not too unusual at some clinics. Dr. Rudnick was great, very upfront and doesn't mince words, which I appreciate in a medical professional. I was supposed to receive two referrals, I only got one of them. Had blood drawn to run standard labs for my annual checkup, and that was the worst experience. I'm not bothered at all about having blood drawn or needles, but she bruised me up so bad I was in pain for weeks after. I called in some months later with a concern, spoke with the front desk, and never received a call back. Fast forward to this year. I referred my mom to the clinic because she's new to the area and had a pressing medical concern. She saw a physician's assistant, and the whole thing was handled really poorly. No physical examination was done to investigate her concern. She was told to provide a stool sample, with no instructions on how to do so until a week passed after her first appointment. She was told she might have c-diff, with nothing done to actually confirm if that was factual, only serving to scare her. Her and I both spoke to the clinic office staff about our concerns, but they seemed to have trouble comprehending the basis of our concerns. Unfortunately, a much as I like Dr. Rudnick, I will not be returning to this clinic in the future and my mom has sought medical care somewhere else where she received efficient and professional care.

My wife and I are retired and on Medicare. Our previous doctor for 30 years does not accept Medicare and a secondary insurance. We had to find another primary doctor and Dr Rudnick was recommended to us by our secondary insurance. We went in for our first appointment after I had an incident of blacking out. We were a little nervous at first but after 5 minutes with Dr Rudnick we were convinced that Dr Rudnick was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor with compassion. We are very happy that we are with Dr Rudnick and would highly recommend his services if you want a down to earth doctor that is very knowledgeable in internal medicine. A-Plus.

I absolutely love this clinic. It's the first time I've dealt with medical professionals who truly care. They nit only took car of my immediate concerns but also found other issues of which would have never been found without them. I see people complaining about there front desk and that's so rediculous. They are very busy and have limited staff not there fault things take time. They do alot more than most clinics because they care and you people need to see that and not complain that you had to wait longer than most. I will wait 10 times longer for proper and above n beyond care. Thank you Dr. Rudnick you and your staff are wonderful people. You have really done well at building a caring facility... BTW this is all coming from a real long term patient not a bs review from someone who sought the wrong care or mad cause they didn't get there way!

He is absolutely the best doctor we could ever have. He has done amazingly with my client. ALWAYS on top of everything 100%.
