The Karen's SH has running their front desk really need a lesson in tact before ya'll end up in litigation. We'd been visiting my mom in pairs for the past week until yesterday when some super trooper at the front desk decided just then was the time to enforce the hiterto unknown rule of 18 years old or younger. When trying to have polite conversation about that surprise policy and trying to sort out a plan of what to do with my 14 year old daughter while I had to deliver important papers to my mom, said Karen, instead of maintaining a basic sense of human decency, decided it would be a great idea to escalate the issue to security. Thankfully they had better common sense and were able to actually provide answers. From top to bottom, the parking, the threat signs everywhere, the rigid unkind staff, SH is an unfriendly place to patients and guests and it has been since COVID 19. Stupid because we pay your bills. The balance of power is way off base with institutions like this because they know we are reliant upon them. Or so they think. As much as you can vote with your feet and leave em in the dust. Take your care needs elsewhere until they come up with more humane policies. The current regime is inhumane.
