If you want a Dr. that only does the bare minimum then he's your guy. Through out my multiple visits he has had been less than helpful. The ladies at the front desk are polite but also don't help. I said what my appointment was for when I made it. They didn't try to say that they were unable to provide that service. I had to wait 5 weeks to be seen just to be told "no" and they shuffled me out as quickly as possible. They do not have computers so sharing information with specialists is out of the question. He is unable to communicate with any other doctors to help streamline or provide services. No one there attempted at any time to help find a solution except I should go somewhere else. Pay attention and go somewhere else.

Horrible Dr! If I could give him a negative zero I would. Not concerned about the patient at all only wants to know if the insurance paid, instead of discussing your health. I called the insurance company and he was overpaid. The cancelled check was sent to me and an apology was never given. We no longer have him as a Dr and never experienced this treatment from anyone, but him. Even his staff was apologetic to me and my husband and said he was wrong. Thank God for other great providers!!

Dr Rodd is great!! I've been a patient of his for many years. I recommend him to everyone !!
