The front desk staff is kind and organized. They are informative and keep good communication. NP Sheriff is knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. He makes me feel like I matter and smile during difficult times.

Dr. Sohail Moussavi & Dr. Nazanin Alemzadeh are great. My wife and I have been seeing them for years. They are very experienced. They take time with the patients. Highly recommend this practice.

I had made an appointment for the woodbridge location of cardinal internal medicine. Then, the next day, I received a voicemail stating that the appointment I made conflicts with another patient and is cancelled (the time slot I signed up for was 100% open, so this makes no sense.) So, the day after (the day of my appointment), I didn't drive the 45 minutes to go to my appointment because it said it was cancelled on the voicemail- but then I get a text saying my appointment is about the start. I call internal medicine to ask if I can come any other time this day because they had cancelled my appointment and I was also wondering why I got a text saying my appointment is about to start if it was cancelled - just for the lady to be rude and gaslight me. She told me it was never cancelled and blamed me for not coming in. She was not understanding at all and treated me poorly. I have a deadline for my program for this appointment to be fulfilled as a requirement and she didn't care when I told her that. She just argued with me.

Terrible front desk customer service. I went to establish as new patient left with out seeing the physician just because of them. Will never come back here or advise anybody

Unsympathetic and Unclear Process. Went into the office at 3:35 for a 3:30 annual check up appointment. Waited in line for 5 minutes before the receptionist saw me. Was then told within a minute that I will not be seeing dr. Nazanin Alemzadeh because they claim I arrived at 3:40. I told them I arrived at 3:35 but they had other patients they were tending to. Receptionist basically said since I'm late and I'm a new patient and still have forms to fill out, the doctor has already started seeing other patients and will no longer be seeing me and I'll have to reschedule. I told the receptionist I took off work just to go there and I do apologize for being 5 minutes late but no one ever told me there are forms to fill out and need to be there 15 minutes before my appointment. If the rules are so strict that being 5 minutes late concludes to your appointment being cancelled and you'll have to rebook it then they should've made the consequences clear and told me the proper process when I booked the appointment. Receptionist made me wait another 3 minutes while she checks with the doctor to see if she'll reconsider seeing me (ironic that they make you wait 3 minutes to check on something but punishes you for being 5 minutes late). Then the office manager comes out and basically said the same thing to me. I have never been this frustrated at a doctors office. Patients waiting for doctors is so common that we all just accept that's the norm but when a patient arrives late, the doctor rejects the patients appointment and doesn't even consider all the facts. This is not the way you should be treating your patients (existing or new) dr. Nanzanin! Unsympathetic practice to say the least. Ended up leaving frustrated and can't believe I wasted another 5 minutes of my time waiting for them to "re-consider". Absolute BS.
