I just had the best experience I've ever had with a doctor and a doctor's office. No wait time. Labs were upstairs. Dr. Omundsen-Ott spent time and attention. I felt heard, cared for, believed, and hopeful. She made wonderful suggestions on how to improve my health. I didn't know medical care could be this good! Thank you for restoring my faith in doctors!!

I had an appointment with my endocrinologist at 8:30am (you don't have one) they printed out lab orders. Which I brought to Selma as my wife had an appointment at the lab. I asked the young man if I could have the tests done and was told I had to have an order from my doctor at Selma, when pressed he could take them but I would have to walk to the other end of the building to get his approval. I'm handicapped and was not doing that. I told him I would take my business elsewhere. This is not what I would consider good customer service

After waiting three months for an appointment with Dr. Omundesen-ott, I arrived at my appointment eight minutes late and was sent away because they have a seven Minute late policy. The caveat here is that I called at 12:45 to let them know I was running a few minutes behind. In addition to that when I look up the doctors address online, it was wrong and sent me to the wrong place so even having gone to the wrong office, I was still only eight minutes late and was sent away. I explained to them that the address was wrong on maps And that did nothing to change their policy. I was asked if I wanted to reschedule with the doctor and decided that I did not want my primary care physician to be one who cared so little about me or my time. I cannot recommend this practice less and urge you to stay away from people who don't care about you.

I cannot begin to express how thankful we are for the recent care my mother received from Bailey Dove and Sarah DeLuca has been absolutely outstanding. My mom was recently diagnosed with advanced stage 4 lung cancer that has metastasized to her bones. While oncology and palliative care have been slow to respond and provide services, both Bailey and Sarah have stepped in to provide reassurance, support, and wonderful care. Both ladies are good listeners, and didn't just provide care in the moment, but ensured a holistic plan was in place to keep my mom comfortable and in her home with family. Their compassionate, kind guidance through a very difficult time has made all of the difference, and we could not be more thankful for such a fantastic team!

Tested positive for tuberculosis in 2023. Somehow was able to determine it's only latent tb with zero testing. Was also told I'm too old for treatment at age 35. Was told not to schedule follow up. With other health conditions it's about 50/50 chance of becoming active but 2 years later and still nothing done and just spewing out lies to avoid doing $100,000 treatment and accepting lower pay from Medicaid. It's all about the money
