It was a great experience. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted immediately by Gwen and taken to the room. Once Dr. Kollins came in the room he definitely took his time and did not rush. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure my daughter and I didn't have any questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Kollins!

For starters, I am SO GLAD Dr. Kollins is back. I have never met a doctor quite like him. He is all about community and truly being there for his patients and getting to know them and the families. It is such a relief to have someone like him close by. I cannot recommend him enough. Also, front desk is PHENOMENAL!! If you have a cardiac kiddo, please take them here! Dr Kollins and staff were super friendly. My daughter was at ease throughout the visit. Dr Kollins was knowledgeable about my daughter's prior care with the former peds cardiology group (that recently left Winchester), which was helpful with her appointment with him. He was able to perform an echo in office and talk to me about the findings that day. I'm grateful to have wonderful pediatric cardiology office here in Winchester!
