My previous PCP retired and highly recommended Dr. Landrio. However, before I actually made the transition I ended up in the emergency room with a significant health crisis. Upon release from the ER I made my new patient appointment. The receptionist and scheduler were courteous, kind and professional. They had no immediate openings for a new patient appointment which I desperately needed. They went the extra mile and spoke with Dr. Landrio who got me right away. There was little to no wait time at check in and all staff were friendly. Dr. Landrio has a great bedside manner (not all physicians do) and actually listened to what I had to say. We came up with a great plan of care to get me on track to being healthy. I was very pleased with her care and would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a top notch physician. In addition, Dr. Landrio has a patient portal which you can use to communicate with her if something isn't working right or if you need medication refilled. She has actually emailed me to check on me! FYI: I am a registered nurse who worked at WMC and we nurses know which doctors are the best and who to avoid. I am so grateful that I got Dr. Landrio.
