Awesome encounter with Dr McKechnie. Listened, answered questions and was not in a rush to get you out of the office. Very thorough with the explanation of what is going on and provided an ease of mind that I had not had in quite some time.. SO THANK YOU SIR....

Dr.McKechnie is an amazing Dr who truly cares for his patient. He put my mind at ease and we came up with a good plan for my future care.

Dr Mckechnie is fabulous but if you have a problem you cannot get to him or staff members. I was hospitalized after a stroke called his office that I am a current pt of to request he see me and was told he was too busy .Hes wonderful but not able to communicate with him or staff.

My grandmother has had some issues going on and several admissions with a recent transfer to the heart hospital. Voicemails have been left at your office, with the nurse line that we were told to call. It's been going on a week and a half with no response from anyone. This dr may be great but lack of action on their part and abysmal access to care no returned phone calls no options to speak to anyone really makes it tough. Now at Norfolk heart hospital things are moving faster with a procedure scheduled weeks out. Primarily see the PA as the MD doesn't seem to have appointments available or they get switched to the PA after being scheduled. If there are any urgent concerns on your end don't expect this office to take any swift action or follow up.
