I have been seeing Dr. Gin about 3 years now. When the office changed its name, I noticed the front office slowly changing. The new staff seemed more alert, friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I was there today, and again..very nice in greeting, friendly, and professional. I have been very impressed with the front staff changes. The staff in the back were usually pretty good before, but now they are even better. I almost left before because of the front staff, but I put up with it because of Dr. Gin. Good job guys/gals!! You're awesome in my book.

Dr Gen did procedure on my then 90 yo Dad. He did a good job--my Dad has had no further issues. Dr. Gen's office was very cordial; however, the front desk ladies need to learn to smile a little and not act like we were getting on their nerves. I realize the front desk issues can be challenging for staff, but please take that frustrated look off of your faces when patients come to see the doctor.

Dr. Gen told me everything was fine with my heart but the front desk want to make an appointment for a "post op" in a month, no reminders at all. I didn't remember I have an appt. They charged me 150$ for missing appt. (First time missing an appt).

Dr. Gen has been my Cardiologist for a while now. However I tore my rotator cuff towards the middle of August 2025. I saw my Orthopedic doctor on August 31. I had to have some test done in September to show exactly where the tear was. I received those results by September 12th. I have a pacemaker so before can surgery I have to get cleared by Dr. Gen. I called to have appointment setup on September 23rd and explained to the receptionist my situation. Then I asked what was the earliest appointment date available she says the 24th then I say to her that's tomorrow cool that will work me. Then she says no I meant October first is the first available. I'm like okay fine! I go on that day have my test done. I go back on the ninth for my results to find that I have a 80 percent blockage in 2 of my arteries. I would think at point they would be trying to do something ASAP! However the process has horrible. If I had not call on 10/15 I probably still wouldn't be on the schedule. Now the earliest that I can the procedure is November fourth! What a joke! SMH

While many of the staff here were helpful, the office has been going through a transition and is just a mess. It took forever to get my last procedure scheduled and after I was assured multiple times that they pre-authorized a very expensive procedure with my insurance, it turns out they never actually did and sent me a bill for the entirety. Now they don't answer or return phone calls. Every time I was there initially someone in the waiting room was upset either about the wait time or the billing processes...I should have seen the writing on the wall.
