20 years I've been using these folks. Excellent customer service Great staff Dr. Durr is top notch. 2 long time receptionists up front since Dr. Ham days are 5 star employees and a real asset to the practice!Great patients like Mr. Michaels very intelligent and funny. Highly recommend this office will keep using for the next 20 years if possible.

It's always different staff in that office. Today the front desk had two new workers, and they never notified the lab that I needed work. The lady at the desk tells me I didn't do protocol and did not let her know. I have been coming there for years and NEVER had to do it. A elderly gentleman came in after me to make a apointment and get lab work. The lady told him he had to go elsewhere, and he told her he have been getting it done there for years. The lady at the desk had a I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE. He just grabbed his paper work and stormed out the office. I will be looking for a new office. It's HORRIBLE NOW!!!!
