Dr. Balbir Sidhu is absolutely the best doctor in town, in fact, he is the best cardiologist in the world. He has been my heart doctor for five years, and I am extremely happy with him. His knowledge, competence, care and courtesy are out of this world. Thanks a million Mr. Sidhu.

So far I've had a first visit with Dr Taheri who was friendly, approachable and thorough. Nadir Ashria was absolutely wonderful helping me prep for and during a PET scan.

I really like my doctor here and she's one of only a few doctors that treat a disorder I have so I will keep coming here but outside of my doctor I'm not happy with the staff here. My most recent visit the PA or nurse whoever brought me to the room first was just awful bedside manner. She never introduced herself or gave me any information about who she was and what she was doing. The front desk staff also called me and tried telling me I needed to find another doctor because mine is "too busy". I pushed back heavily because I had been transferred to this doctor because no one else treats my disorder at their practice. When I brought this up with my doctor the next time I saw her she was shocked they tried firing me and had no idea what the other staff were doing. This place needs some serious work.

Been first time to second floor procedure area. Cleaning seems not well done in restroom. New building chemical odor with bad air quality gave me sneezing. Guest password is super confused and difficult for patients to follow. Parking space is always limited here. Not wheelchair friendly environment. Staff are friendly.

I am not a patient of Carient. I accompanied the client today. The people working there are very hospitable. People in the waiting room was offered water, them later tea. Even when they call the Patients, they treat the patients as if they are old friends. Even the bath
