Patient
Called several times over the course of three months to get a medical clearance for a mutual patient from Dr. Jun Chung. Front desk is very rude and I could hear them laughing in the background when I was trying to vehemently explain that the patient was upset and is sick and needs the services completed. Holly Roden is the staff that was extremely rude and then when I asked for a manager she said that she would transfer me to their voicemail but then proceeded to transfer me to her own voicemail so how as the manager supposed to get that message??? I was given 2 separate incorrect numbers for the fax (one that was on the their answering machine that was incorrect and another one that was given to me over the phone by a staff member) then finally got the correct one yesterday and she says "you only faxed this yesterday"; I said "yes, because I keep getting the wrong fax numbers from your staff" she laughed and told me that I was "lying and no one gave you those numbers". I am appalled at the rudeness and incompetence of this particular staff member and I wish that it was recorded so people can see how she was blowing me off when I was simply asking for another practitioner or Dr to see sign and let us know what meds the patient may need to some off of so we can reschedule if needed. How can we know what a patient needs if the fax #s are incorrect??I will be calling the manager, Michelle, and so will my director. Also we will not be sending any more medical clearances through fax to any more offices. I will give to the patients and they can get tm filled out because this way isnot working and helping the patients.
