Patient
UPDATE: This situation has nothing to do with Dr. Chernoff or his compassion for his patients. He is actually a very caring man who was very sincere once I was able to speak to him. Everything that happened is because of business policies and procedure that takes the human connection away from patients and the doctors. Original Review: My mother passed away on a Friday. There is NO WAY TO CONTACT this Dr. Chernoff to find out about an autopsy. I called on Saturday and was told they will only page the doctor for emergencies. I called Monday morning and here is it HOURS later and no response while my mother's body sits in a refrigerator because we can't do anything with her until I talk with this Doctor. She's been there 3 days!!! Do your family a favor and find a doctor with compassion for his patients and one who understands medical needs, even non-emergency needs, aren't defined by a M-F 8-5pm schedule and who doesn't only communicate via a stupid messaging system. Otherwise hope and pray you or your loved one doesn't die on a Friday cause you are left waiting DAYS.
