Mary Washington Cardiology

I am a patient of Dr Asfaw. I really like him and his kind medical assistance and also his intake nurse, Alicia Velez. I saw her supervisor Natasha in the elevator and I expressed my absolute gratitude for Alicia Velez. She is the Epitome of customer service care. She is the best. Thank you for your above and beyond assistance. You truly cared for my situation. Thank you for being there for me. You are beyond a 5 star rating. I will remember your kind assistance for a long time. God Bless.

I have tried contacting their office via telephone and nobody returns the call. I needed a refill on my prescription and the pharmacy could not refill without the dr's approval. I even went to the office and left a message with the receptionist because nobody was in Cardiology. I took me over a week to get my meds. I'm blood pressure medicines and i cannot skip them! I am now on round 2, I have been calling the office and there is no ringing what so ever so I tried some of the other practices that are colocated with Cardiology and their phones are not ringing either. There is definitely a problem.
