I've been seeing Dr Timmons for years. Refers me to the right places and is very thorough

Love Dr. Richardson. She is my daughter's doctor and I always feel well taken care of when we go for her checkups. She's never too busy to answer my questions. When I've left voicemails on the nurses line they're always returned in a timely manner. The ladies in the front office are super friendly too. All around good staff.

Love dr Timmons, he is VERY knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. He really listens to you. Love all the nurses and staff here as well. It is a wonderful office.

I am very disappointed in the service I was provides at Valley Health. I was not returned a single phone call when requesting the medication (an inhaler) I was supposed to receive. I had to return to my doctor at my parents hometown to get the help I needed. Valley Health however seems to have the time to form a bill and send it to me but provided me no information regarding my results for the tests I am being billed for. Very poor service and I guarantee you I will not be returning again.

Extremely disappointed with the care provided by the NP recently for a family member who was very ill. NP did not provide medications needed to treat illness initially which put my family member at further risk and deeper health issues. NP promised to contact us and get meds precribed as soon as tests results were back but never did. Had we not called back & insisted on follow up no meds would have been given. Poor poor care !! NP was also not focused on patient care during the office visit...was visibly distracted and left patient unattended for an extended time even after being called back to the exam room. Poorest care and service ever received here!!
