I had the unfortunate experience of speaking to a Ms Cunningham who is in the billing dept. She was very rude and disrespectful to me. She was unwilling to help me and called me a liar repeatedly. This woman threatened to turn me in to a collection agency unless I paid the amount specified by her. I am on a fixed income and am currently home bound with my sickness. I was calling for assistance and information on paying on my medical bill and received the treatment from her that I did. I gave a one star because that was the lowest offered. This dept doesn't deserve the one given.
