He is a great doctor he has operated on me two different occasions and if I ever have to have heart surgery again I hope and pray that he is still practicing. I have nothing but the utmost of respect for this man and I would never want to go to another heart surgeon.
Absolutely awesome doctor. He knows what he is doing and how to get it done the most efficient way possible. Took time to explain my procedure...answered my pages of questions. I never felt rushed during my office visits. Instead of a 5-7 day hospital visit I was out in 4. He also has a top notch team of PA assistants making rounds with him while you are in the hospital. My whole experience with him and his staff was great.
Dr. Baker is the one to perform your heart surgery in the region. Excellent surgeon, communication skills and a great support staff (Erin). Couldn't be happier with the results; 10 days post surgery.
I thought he came across as a little gruff at first before my surgery, but he was great guy in follow up appointment. Worked with my cardiologist with a return to work plan that suited everybody including my employer.
