My experience has been incredibly amazing! Dr Konstance & his staff as well as his PA Allison have exceptional expertise & compassion for all patients. They go above & beyond to see you when you have a problem. It is not just the Expertise it is their concern for patients as people. No one is ever a number in this practice! They all go the extra mile for their patients. Feeling Blessed to be a patient in this practice. Dr Konstance & Allison are gifts from God in my experience! Heart of Virginia is the perfect name!

Excellent staff that was able to get me in direct communication with Dr. Konstance to find out if one of my patient's needed emergency care or could wait for an outpatient appointment. In today's day and age that is a rarity. I am sure that is not always possible, but keep up the good work, and patient centered caring care.

The staff here, nurses and doctor are highly personable, they are informative and kind. The wait times are short, I am pleased with this establishment. Thank you.

Making payments every month on time. One day office calls and wants to know what check was for. Tell them it was for payment . They tell me they don't show me owing anything. So I received no more bills about it. Three month later I get collection letter from a collection company stating I have ignored the bill and have 30 days to settle. No one on the phones will admit to anything. Make sure you get their name. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

Called drs office and said do not read his heart moniter. Hospital nurse said they would read it since I was in hospital. Dr konstance had it done anyway. Continue to send bills after I was told they would take it off my bill. And if UR smart...get names whenever u call them. They will deny.
