He refused to treat me I have tachycardia he said it's specialty but told me to see my reg family Dr So I had to make another appt just to get treated for my irregular heart beat ! To this day I'm still having issues !!!!

TL/DR: I cannot recommend Dr Musser, and this team more highly. When our case got pushed back and had to be rescheduled, Dr Musser picked up my wife as a patient to ensure it wouldn't happen again. My understanding is that he is the department head. When her case became exponentially more complicated than expected, Dr Musser's skill and patience was showcased. Initially, it appeared her tachycardia had a common cause. My wife's ablation should have take an hour or two. When her tachycardia was not reproducible in the procedure room, Dr Musser was given every opportunity to take an easy way out. But he did not. This team took the time and extra effort to prove that it had a more rare cause, and a more difficult ablation. It took a lot of extra time, skill, and effort to approach the fix while mitigating risk. My wife's case turned into an 8 hour wait for me, and a 14 hour day for us. With COVID restrictions, that meant I was stuck waiting in her room. I couldn't leave and come back. The nursing staff fed me. All of the staff in this department speak highly of their leadership team, and even more highly of Dr Musser. This team updated me along the way, and when the procedure was complete, Dr Musser came and talked to me himself. He very much made me feel like he was there for us, and had all the time I needed to help me understand what happened and why. I like knowing more detail, and he explained the entire procedure on my level, with pictures and video. It was not a simple ablation. I was very much left knowing he's an expert. He deserves to have an ego, but he's humble. He has great bedside manner and is respectful. I never felt like a number; not with Dr Musser, the physician's assistant, the nurses, the unit director, the techs. This department is the example. They are the gold standard.

Doctor Musser was great. Made me feel at ease about my issue and the procedure from the beginning. Was tremendous before, during and after my procedure.

I have seen dr musser for a long time you wont find anyone kinder and who takes the time to anwser your questions he is very professional and listens to your concerns. This entire staff are super thank you for taking great care of me
