I am shocked to see any review with less than 5 stars! Dr.Ro cared for my husband and could not have been any more professional and caring. He definitely extended his life! He also absolutely saved my brother's life under emergency conditions and he has been my personal cardiologist as well. I literally trust him with my life! ...and you can trust him with yours too! His staff is also excellent and very caring.

VCS has gone completely down hill across the board . I have been hung out to dry with surgery s , PT, Bridging lovenox , and billing. VCS RN and Dr Ro nurses are arrogant . Do not take care of business and are Not nterested in patient care. As for Dr Ro, he is there in body , his spirt and attention to detail have left town.

Patient oriented.straight forward, understandable explanation of procedures ,and follow- up too.A real human being with understanding of patient anxieties and questions of possible outcomes that are explained in detail in an unhurried way. What more can a patient expect. No drama ,just a positive attitude Dr Ro very naturally portrays and gives the patient solace and confidence, and eager to follow instructions that aid in the healing process.

So irresponsible and RUde !! RUDE! Rude! I am thinking that maybe the receptionist, Dr. Ro's wife, is so rude to just Koreans. She hangs up in the middle of the calls. My dad is traveling out of VA and he wants to get his medicine refilled for his blood pressure and diabetes. The receptionist told me she was too busy to do it so I should ask the pharmacy staff to call or contact her to get refill. After two weeks, my dad got only three out six medicine so I called the doctor's office to send out the rest of the prescriptions to the near pharmacy where he stays and the receptionist told me she can't because she is too busy. I told the receptionist that my dad needs the medicine and the pharmacy staff here told me to call the doctor's office to refill but the receptionist told me she can't since she is busy. And also she told me that if he really needs the medicine he can fly back from CA and get the prescription from the office. How rediculous. I already explained the situation to my insurance provider and filed a complaint. My dad went to Urgent Care two weeks ago, but doctor at the urgent care told him that he should get the refill from his primary doctor who is doctor Ro. This office staff is is so rude and irresponsible. Just read all the review for this doctor from other sites too. My dad will definitely change his primary doctor when he goes back to VA.

Our treatment was outstanding, he knew exactly what my husband problem was. He immediately took action at beginning, during and at the end he kept us informed. He also will be checking all three of my children they all loved him. Thank you so much!!!!
