The person who answered the phone,.Crystal, was so rude both times that I called, I asked my referring provider to pull the referral and don't send it. If that's who's representing the office, I have no confidence that I will receive compassionate care. Her attitude was such that they must not need any new patients, so I'll be glad to go elsewhere...even if it's out of my way.
