0 out of 0 stars I don't recommend going to these people unless you want your heart damaged or damaged further. They like to experiment with people's heart health and they practice dangerous medicine. Don't go there or you'll regret it. I definitely do!

Everyone is so friendly and the rooms are always clean. I was sad to hear Dr. NGO is leaving. I really liked him. I wish him all the best.

My husband sees Drs. at this complex and they are great! Took care of his issues and followup with him regularly. Made us feel important and not rushed. All of the nurses and employees there are friendly. Thanks!

Showed up for an appointment made by my doctor only to find the power was out and office closed. The staff told me that although they didn't have power there was no way I had an appointment as the doctor was not in that day. It took 3 days to reach them by phone as the call center is not staffed to handle the call volume. They gave me an appointment for the following week. The day before they cancelled and left message to call them (and take another 3 days trying to reach them?). I went somewhere else and was seen the next day. Bon Secours and the group that took them over is the reason I'm leaving my primary doctor and the reason I will no longer go to any doctor with this group.

Waiting over 10 mins (4th in que) then finally I was the next caller and then I was hung up on...called back right away and was now 13th in que...it has to be a better way to make an appt.
