Dr. Avisesh Sahgal

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Avisesh Sahgal and his office. I waited a month for this appointment, only to have it canceled at the minutes before I arrive to my appointment. I was already on my way and was going to arrive a few minutes before the scheduled time when the assistant called to cancel, saying I should have arrived 30 minutes early. I never received any email or written notice about this, only a text confirming the appointment time. What made it worse is that I could hear Dr. Avisesh Sahgal right next to the assistant, telling her to cancel because he needed to leave soon. That is extremely unprofessional and shows zero regard for patients' time. If you're looking for a doctor who truly cares about patients, I recommend finding someone else. This experience was disrespectful and very disappointing.

Dr. Sahgal is one of the best, if not the best doctors I have ever met. My mother had a revision done on her fistula used for Dialysis. Dr. Sahgal took careful measures and conducted extensive tests and made thorough assessments in order to provide the best solution without putting my mothers' health/life at risk. He is a true professional and we admire his intelligence and ability to convey his diagnosis in terms we can understand. He even admirably answered questions that were outside his area of expertise with great ease. I wish all doctors were like Dr. Sahgal. His staff is just as attentive as he is.

Dr, Sahgal is a thurough doctor. He listens to his patient and has a very kind and considerate nature. I never have to waite long to be seen. He has a great staff working with him at the front desk, as well as the kind assistant who administers the ultrasound when needed. I would recommend his practice to family and friends.

Dr Sahgal and his entire staff are attentive, kind, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this practice. Dr Sahgal has gone above and beyond in my unique and complicated case.
