I have being seeing Dr. Vial for the past three years for Annual Exams and the last two years it was so upsetting (last time today). The visit started with a nurse asking common questions to updated the info in the system, then without asking if I'm okay with, a new male doctor came in to the room (instead of Dr. Vial) and did the procedures that Dr. Vial was suppose to do as checking ears, heart, lungs, ... whose normal procedures for check-up stating that he will pass those into to the doctor Vial. He left, came in Dr. Vial, typed something on the computer and said I was ready to draw the blood for the exam. I was kind of 'What?!' Oh well, I just want to leave and this was definitely the last time I'm seeing her. I didn't feel the care/attention they should provide to the patients ... it was kind of, one more patient.

Dr Vial has been treating my dad for 2yrs. He is hearing imparted and had a stroke . She is patient and kind. My sister and I are his caretakers. (Wife died Jan 2015 his stroke March 2015). Dr Vial answers all of our questions.
