Contacted this site for a "2nd opinion" for severe leg swelling. They told me the pcp had to authorize a 2nd opinion! Why? I explained the pcp told us nothing else could be done, that's why we were coming to a specialist. She still refused a appointment. Where is the patient "care"? I did not speak with a receptionist but to the "speak with a nurse" line. Worried about this health issue and disappointed with Sentara.
Colleen explained everything that was happening and got the needle for the IV in on the first try!!!
