Procedure prep needs work. Explanation of what to expect during test was not thorough.Instructions given via headphones during exam were louder than the machine and indecipherable. I've been a patient here twice. Both times were similar. Oh, and the bathroom was filthy and reeked of urine.
I have been there 2 x for breast MRI. The facility is filthy. You are given no privacy, there are IT guys strolling in and out throughout the procedure. One of the techs decided to give me a lengthy anti vax lecture. Very unprofessional. Never again at this facility. I thought this was a center of excellence. More like pestilence.
