Patient
I never write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my deeply concerning experience with Dr. Ziki. During my appointment, I clearly communicated my history of allergies, a condition that has been medically documented in my records. Unfortunately, my concerns were dismissed as insignificant, and my symptoms were downplayed. It was clear that my input as a patient was not valued, which is both frustrating and dangerous. The situation escalated when Dr. Ziki insisted I start a new medication, despite my objections and warnings . I explained my medical history thoroughly, but my concerns were brushed aside. Trusting their professional judgment, even with my reservations, I followed the advice. Tragically, the medication caused me to go into anaphylactic shock--a terrifying, life-threatening experience that could have been completely avoided had my concerns been taken seriously. This experience left me deeply disappointed by the lack of empathy, active listening, and professional diligence. A physician's role is to advocate for patient safety, not to dismiss valid concerns. I strongly urge Dr. Ziki to reconsider how they approach patient communication, especially when it comes to documented allergies (to include metal) and potential medication risks. Please advocate fiercely for yourself. Your health depends on it.
