UVA Health Prince William Medical Center

I gave birth at this hospital twice and had a great experience both times! I can't thank the wonderful nurses and staff enough for all of their kindness and support during L&D. I can't remember everyone's name but a special thank you to nurses Hannah, Jordan, and Angela (postpartum). Also, I'm so glad I took advantage of the great lactation services that were available. Andy and Diana were both wonderful and helped us so much with breastfeeding. Like most hospitals, the food was probably the only issue for me but the amazing people of UVA made up for it. Thank you all!

I had a great experience with this facility. I ended up here after going to another facility that provided me with extremely poor service at another ER in the area. The other facility after 6 hours there sent me home with pain and nausea meds. UVA Medical was very thorough in evaluating me and decided within an hour I needed to have my gallbladder removed. Dr Darr was my surgeon and had a wonderful bed-side manner and took great care of me. Other staff that took amazing care of me included 3 nurses Urvi, Beth and Phillip. My tech, Melissa was the best as well.

I had to have a procedure here yesterday and I was terrified. I had previous traumatic experiences regarding dealing with anesthesiologists during my c-section(Woodbridge Hospital). Meskir Kidane was my anesthesiologist this procedure. He was by far the best staff member I interacted with, they were all kind, but Meskir really went above and beyond. He bent down to my level, asked me to explain what my concerns were specifically and then thoroughly explained what to expect. He was patient, empathetic, and really knows how to deal with patients experiencing anxiety. I work in a field that deals with high anxiety often, and known it can be exhausting to be the steady person for patients. Thank you Meskir and staff for making this procedure a little less stressful. I appreciate you all!

A lot people of Manassas are actively going to Fairfax ER because this hospital has bad rep and today I saw why. I went security guard very aggressively greeted us and had a very rude tone. I didn't even go in and chose to go to Fairfax ER and My mom couldn't come in with me had to walk all around the other side of the building an elderly 70 year old woman. I'm hearing impaired and have kidney emergency I have legit reason to be there my legs and ankles and swollen red. Last time I was there the young male nurse at the entrance was really rude as well with really bad bedside manner and he's not the only one that day I didn't even see doctor I walked out.

I can't thank the nurses and doctors enough for the incredible care they provided for my baby while she was in the NICU. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with kindness, patience, and compassion. They made sure my baby was comfortable and well taken care of every step of the way. What stood out the most was how attentive they were -- they answered every single question we had, explained things clearly, and reassured us whenever we felt worried. It truly felt like they cared for our baby as if it were their own. We are so grateful for the dedication and professionalism of the entire team. They made a stressful situation so much easier to get through, and we'll always remember the excellent care we received here.
