Worst waiting time. On hold for the next agent for more than an hour. Finally when I thought my turn came, the system put me back in queue last. I am continuing to hold. Not sure what is the issue with this long wait. Inova needs to staff up appointment schedulers and route the call to the next available scheduler. Try some other Vein and Vascular imaging center like UVA, Medstar. Very bad patient experience, not that anybody in Inova cares.
