Doctor Mathur is awesome. Very patient, very quick to respond. And always takes his time to explain thoroughly.

Never helpful, staff are disrespectful. Will not respond to pharmacy for refills, always a delay in getting medications, several days without and no one cares!!!

I found Dr. Mathur when I first moved to Manassas. I think his practice had just opened. He was professional, personable and made me feel great about going to the doctor. He used to call a couple of days after the appointment just to check up on me. Over the years as the practice grew he wasn't at the Manassas office and appointment times became hard to get. I once made an appointment and sat in the waiting room for a over a half hour. Several times I was billed for things my insurance would have coveredif it was sent to them.and paperwork that was supposed to sent never was . Great doctor when he's there
