Crestwood Pediatric Associates

The comments about the office staff are wild. I've ALWAYS felt welcomed Everytime I come in. Doni in particular knows a lot of the patients by name. My newborn is seen here and my oldest is seen somewhere else but she even greeted my oldest when he attends the appointments with us. Needless to say, we LOVE Doni! All of the nurses I've encountered are also always sweet, you can tell they enjoy what they do and aren't just there to be paid. Dr Patel and Dr abbot are always reassuring. They never make me feel as if my questions are dumb or just "over reacting" no matter what it is that show their concerns and reassure me when I'm in a panick. They have helped me and supported me through my breast feeding journey and even when I wanted to give up they reassured me that it was okay, a fed baby is the best baby and a baby is only as happy as mama! We love crestwood pediatrics and I'm sorry to anyone who feels otherwise!

The staff and doctors are great but then out of no where I get this letter in the mail saying that they won't see my child anymore because in a year he's had one no show and 2 reschedules even if they were inevitable because I got COVID last year and didn't recover as quickly as I thought I would and forgot to call 48hrs. I called early mornings to explain but now suddenly too bad goodbye? This is messed up and it's all because Medicaid doesn't charge a fee. Absolutely ridiculous and stupid rule. I understand if it would've been back to back and frequently but damn 3 times in one year? Wow sad.

Hello Cherie at the front desk is wonderful she is always supportive and helpful every time. My son and I come in Dr. Patel and Dr. Abbott are two of the best pediatricians I have ever met. Also, I trust them with the care of my son and their advice is always helpful kind and caring. All the staff is just wonderful. This is a wonderful place to have your children. I have been coming to this place for several years now and couldn't ask for a place a better place for my child to have care. Thank you. Latisha Hamilton

The reception at the desk and everyone else is just very nice and the facility is very clean and I just love it. My grandchildren enjoy coming here. They always have something for them to do. They are waiting. They can play dress up and all kinds of wonderful things for kids to do.

I took my daughter today and she was seen by Dr.Abrigo. She was friendly and welcoming. She addressed all concerns and made sure to check up on us parents which made us feel more comfortable. The receptionists were both super helpful and made the check in and scheduling new appointments a breeze. Super thankful we found this place! And thank you to the whole staff for making this process easy and pain free!
