I was supposed to be prescribed blood pressure medicine on Monday by Wednesday my pharmacists has not received the medication. When I spoke with William at the receptionists desk it was literally the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. He said he didnt see anything in my file and automatically forwarded me to a voicemail with NO INSTRUCTION and no notice. When I called back he automatically forwarded me to the general mailbox again. I had to call on a separate number to reach him again and he just said he didn't know when I'd get a call back or who would be returning my URGENT request , but maybe HOPEFULLY within the day. I don't understand how you can have excellent customer service at the welcome desk and wonderful patient care by the doctor and then such an AWFUL receptionist handling patient care and without any training to procedure or patient assistance. PLEASE PLEASE review this with William.
