My child had an appointment scheduled (well in advance ) for a yearly checkup. Without notice, the office was closed on the day of her appointment. I only found out because I called the day of since I hadn't received a call or text to confirm and was told by a scheduler that office was closed. I reluctantly rescheduled for the next available appointment 1.5 months later. The day before that appointment, I received a call letting me know that the office would not be open the day of the appointment. I fail to understand how they continue to schedule appointments and then close the entire office repeatedly. We will be finding a new pediatric cardiologist.
