Really disappointed with the service bill that we got for 2 visits(cold and muscle pain) on October 2024 and the doctor counseling was not even more than 5 mins and we were billed $289 and $395. The bill didn't even have detailed explanation of why the total service cost is too much, and Im not going to pay until i get more details. This is very worst billing that i have ever seen with other medical services from other providers.
Mixed bag on positive and negative experiences. Scheduling an appointment is super easy & fast, and the actual medical advice was useful. Administratively, though, I still get bills from two visits trying to resolve the fact they used the wrong insurance on the second trip (even after filling out paperwork for the switch), billed incorrectly on another (this might be on the insurance company though), and for lab results they're unreachable as other commenters have pointed out. Not a fan that they don't have transparent pricing either. You have to wait to get the bill before you know how much you'll owe.
Dr's Khanna and Chawla are great doctors and I have always found them to be very responsive to my medical needs. They listen and for me that is important. The wait time in minimal and with two locations I never have trouble making an appointment that fits my schedule. Very diverse staff and patients. I've thought about finding a doctor that is closer to my home but these doctors are worth the extra time to get there.
Dr. Chawla and Dr. Khanna are friendly, but I can't say the same for the administrative staff and nurses. One of the nurses is very rude. Also, if you call during business hours, you can still expect no one to answer, and if you leave a voicemail, your call won't get returned, so you will just have to try your luck calling at another time. Also, they tell you they will call you with your lab results, but they don't, so you have to call them and listen to them insist that they did call you when they didn't.
Bad customer service or front desk No one responds always goes to voicemail When ever I call them. Don't know how people are getting appointments
