The front staff (reception) were incredibly polite and friendly when I went to the office. Also, they professionally handled the call to make the appointment. Dr Kenyan (sp?), who is a vascular doctor, was fantastic at explaining what was going on with my legs and offered various treatments, even holistic approaches with supplements which have been researched and been found to be effective.

Dr. Ghafouri showed up 45 minutes late for my scheduled appointment time. As I was waiting in the exam room, I remembered that the same thing happened last year with this same doctor. I told him that I didn't appreciate having to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. He said that another patient caused the delay - which I believe was a bold faced lie. I don't believe the doctor even arrived to the office until 30 minutes after my appointment time. If there was an emergency or a patient that was causing the delay, his staff could have kept me apprised of his status. As a courtesy, and out of respect for his whole office's time, I showed up 15 minutes early to my 8:30am appointment, had pre-checked in and completed all forms online ahead of time, only to still be sitting there an hour later. Dr. Ghafouri's response when I told him my time is valuable too, he told me that I should find another doctor and then refused to fill my prescription for my cardiac condition. This doctor refuses to fill a prescription for a cardiac patient because I expressed displeasure with not being seen 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time? Is it too much to ask doctors to be on time for our appointments...? -- just as they expect us to be on time for our appointments. Disgusted with this doctor! Will be finding a cardiologist who values his patients and their time!

My mother always told me. If you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all. Please don't be stupid like me.

Even though in general going to a cardiologist could be a stressful experience, I can tell you that I love coming to visit this office and my doctor. And here is why: - The staff is amazingly caring, smart, efficient, effective, positive and project a very positive energy to us patients and each other. -April the Medical Specialist at the front is amazing, she's so kind, patient, and caring. She knows her stuff. All appointments, help with checking in quickly even during her lunch break, managing records, and keeping an eye on appointments, managing and tracking everything seamlessly and effectively. Super superhuman lady. - My doctor is amazing, explains everything so well, answers all my questions, shows me pictures, diagrams and explains not only about findings but also how to manage better and make us healthier with taking responsibility for ourselves and our bodies. She's amazing and I'm so glad I found her. I am not saying her name bc then she'll be too busy to see me . - All the med tech staff are so smart and qualified, they all have the same positive energy, know their stuff and like the last lady that saw me are studying more to help people with a compassionate passion. The last lady that saw me is studying to become a Physician Assistant, like I told her I think she's probably more skilled than a lot of doctor's I've seen. Super PA. - They have excellent onsite cardio diagnostics tech, partnerships with other medical providers to ensure all diagnostics and treatments are done with excellent service and best outcome to us patients. - The whole office and visit rooms are clean, well organized, simple layouts and decorations with a welcoming and calming energy. The reception room has a TV that shows very calming nature visuals and teaching about taking care of our heath. If I could give them 10 starts I would, love the overall experience. They work carefully and diligently to fulfill their medical oath and mission, and their values of compassion and care. Don't forget that our health outcome is not the responsibility of our doctors and medical staff. We as patients need to know our bodies and health better than our doctors, and the state of our health is a reflection of how well we manage our "Self" our mind, emotions and our physical body. I come prepared to my visit with understanding the science behind my health state and diagnosis, lab results and how to best manage a positive health outcome. If our hearts or organs are decaying it is not our medical professionals fault, it is our responsibility to know ourselves and bodies, to ensure we can meet our values and mission in life for longer than we would if we only watched media and social media during our breaks. If we don't know what our mission in life is, and why we need to take care of our bodies to fulfill them, then letting go of the TV, YouTube, Cell or TikTok, getting up to exercise, stop making excuses, and making sure we eat well should be the highest responsibilities we owe to ourselves. We were able to be seen within 24 hours and Dr Prasanna was thorough, prepared, a great listener, and very personable. We didn't feel rushed and felt as if we were being listened to. Very very highly recommended.
