I agree, staff does not return calls. Dr McLaughlin recommended a home sleep study, I have called several times in a couple months to see about it and still have gotten no response, although the certainly made sure to charge my insurance for the visit.

They are great mechanics. However, follow up after surgery is very poor. They dont schedule office appointments more than 30 days out and are over booked. Scheduling dept doesnt return calls and is rude. Apparently once the surgery is done and they have their money they are now longer concerned with your health and wellbeing.

I wish I could give 0 because they are rude and judgemental and never answer the phone unless it's the cardiology answering assistance team on the weekend and they can't help you. I've been trying to get ahold of them for a month and they never return calls after I've left numerous voicemails. I strongly don't recommend even bothering with them. It's sad because I work housekeeping here so that says a lot. The fact they don't even care about their own staffing. I'm honestly done worrying about it if they don't wanna help idc when they do return the call, if they ever do, I won't answer or return it either. Treat others how you'd like to be treated and if you can't do your jobs get new ones.

Dr. Pollack and staff were amazing! I arrived in bad shape, they quickly stabilized me, then performed catheterization, installed 2 stents; and I was up and about the next day. The nursing staff are wonderful angels in blue scrubs.

Really awful staff for the most part. There are some nice people, but it seems the overwhelming majority are extremely rude people who need to find something else to do for a living. Preferably something that doesn't require them to speak to or be seen by anyone.
