After having my diagnosis explained by the "doctor", she forgot to enter an order for one of the medications that I was prescribed. I had to remind her to do that before I was discharged. She then entered an x-ray request for the incorrect body part. I had to correct her prior to discharge. Finally, when I went to Warren Memorial Hospital for the x-ray (because the x-ray machine at Urgent care was not operational) I was advised that the order was not submitted. The registration clerk at WMH was helpful, and even called urgent care, only to be told that the request had been canceled because "it expired" (less than 2 weeks after it was submitted). The person at urgent care then told me to go to the emergency room if I was still suffering from pain. Who's running this show?

If customer service was a problem, this clinic is clearly making a real effort to improve. This was my first time here, and it was worth it. I went despite the endless list of complaints on Google reviews. I stayed even though they were very busy. My expectations were low since urgent care is something to be used until my usual physician is available. All in all, I walked away very impressed with the level of care I received.

I shut my finger in the car door at Walmart and the tip like busted open. Deep. I couldn't take my baby out the car to go inside for a bandaid so I ran to urgent care across the lot. Ask for a bandaid. Explain how my baby was in the car and I needed help. Showed them my finger. She had to ask a Dr if she could give me a bandaid and came back with gauze. Which definitely wasn't holding my finger together so I could go to the er or take my baby out the car when I got there. That's our excellent front royal care for you. M I don't write reviews usually but they earned this one. This is my finger 3 days later. It took over 3 weeks to fully heal.

Had a great experience!! Got in when they opened at 8. I was checked in and in a room by 815. NP Timothy was in the room and treating me be 820 and I was gone by 845. All the staff were very friendly and awesome to work with.

Very disappointing experience. My 65-year-old father was visiting from overseas and needed medical attention. He had valid travel insurance, but the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. The insurance company was in contact with someone at the office, but she didn't even acknowledge us--despite clearly overhearing the entire conversation. It wasn't until we mentioned her name that she finally paid attention and decided to assist us. It took two hours before my dad was even seen, and we spent nearly four hours total inside. The staff showed very little patience or empathy, especially considering the situation. I do not recommend this place. If you have a choice, go somewhere else where they actually care about helping people
