Julia McDevitt, NP is absolutely wonderful. She completed my annual physical with such detail. She actually spent time going in detail about my charts and previous Labs to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. My daughter has been seeing Dr Ellis John for 2 years and he has been taking such great care of her. His years of experience and knowledge are present at each pediatric appointment and always is helpful to first-time parents. Both providers are so knowledgeable and detailed in their work. I am so happy to have such a great clinical team.

They are booked out a while- but then again most places are. If it's mildly urgent they do their best to fit you in but if they can not people should just go to urgent care or ER. This place is not that kind of service and to expect them to be is absurd. If you only get voicemail when you call the answer is to leave a voicemail. That's why it was invented. That helps them process us and help us quicker than not leaving a voicemail and complaining because they don't answer. I have mostly always been treated with compassion and respect. The doctors are knowledgeable albeit overwhelmed with patient levels every day. As patients we need to be understanding that it isn't their fault the practice is overwhelmed and they are doing their best to help everyone. Front office is mostly good. When they're short with us I am certain they just assisted some very difficult, entitled, unwaveringly self absorbed people. The receptionists need kindness too. Assistants in the back are so pleasant and helpful, along with generally showing interest and caring about each of us. I do very much recommend this practice.

This place used to care about its patients, offering same day appointments and prescriptions refills immediately. Over the years it has just migrated into money machine. It takes forever to get an appointment, so god forbid it's something serious, and prescriptions are not refilled without being seen for no reason other then to collect their copay. The good physicians that seemed to care have all left. I do not recommend FRFP.

This place is just another example of poor health care and wanting to make a profit. They will see you but they will out little effort into your visit. Pediatric's are especially concerning. I went here because there aren't many options in front royal but after the third time of the baby scale being broken and the nurses not caring to get an accurate weight for my 1 year old, enough is enough. We'll have to travel further to get care but at least it will be honest care. This place should be shut down and investigated.

Poor service. Poor attitudes. Half baked doctors. From being given an attitude from the front desk ladies multiple times and from multiple different secretaries to being seen by a multiple different doctors whom all poo poo your illness unless they're getting insurance off of it. Making multiple appointments just so my wife can get the same antibiotics as myself and our son when we're all sick and she couldn't go for another half a week just to get prescribed medicine?! Dr Jon Winter and most of his teams staff is the only good thing about this place and he's booked out months ahead. Really tired of dealing with back and forths with people who seem like they just don't care like a doctors office should. I'm going to be looking for a new office and unless you're going to see Dr Winter, I suggest you do the same.
