Reese Medical Associates

Started using Reese through my employer and I can honestly say the ladies there are incredible. Kimberly and especially Brandy are outstanding at what they do. Brandy went above and beyond getting information moving for me (and for my employer), and followed up with me as time progressed. Them gals are on top of their business!

Amazing doctors and nurse practitioner. But you will not get a reply for anything when you call them. Every time I have to walk in to get an answer. So I spend more time at the doctors when I need to be at work. Mg nurse is amazing but refills take 48 to 72 hours. Your just a number here. Not a patient that the people up front care about

Office people are a joke! They never call back, ever. Dr Rosemary is great, but is only there one day. I was scheduled for a Friday appt with Dr Rosemary, but when I went in, she wasn't there. Front office people need a refresher course on how to treat patients!

I gave 2 stars, when I would much rather give 1 however the doctors are fantastic here at this location. The issue with this office is that you can leave 20 voicemails, but never get a call back and if you need a pre-authorization completed you can go ahead and hang that up completely. I have been trying to get a antibiotic for SIX DAYS now and have made absolutely no progress whatsoever. It is so bad that I even recorded the conversation with the receptionist where I asked THREE times what day the paperwork was completed and sent to my insurance and she said the 10th.... Which is strange because one of the pre-authorization wasn't even sent until the 12th... When I told her that I didn't even drop the prescription off until the 12th and the pharmacy confirmed they sent it the same day her response was "Oh I must've misunderstood your initial question. There was only one sent back and that was on the 10th." So, you so conveniently "heard incorrectly" 3 times in one conversation? Then follows up with "Well I don't do the preauthorizations so I just know what is in the computer." Literally anytime I have to have anything submitted for insurance or basically any paperwork necessary beyond what the doctor places in my hands- I have to babysit the entire process. It's a shame because the doctors are wonderful and I don't want to leave because of the front desk staff. Actually got in with Dr. Reese himself last week and he was a pleasure however the antibiotics I need from that appointment I still cant even get...... It's ridiculous that a patient has to monitor every single piece of paper and basically harass the front desk to get anything accomplished.

Dr. Rosemary is the best. She really takes the time to get to known her patients and works out the health concern with you as a joint affair. I love her to the moon and back she's just fabulous.
