Edit: after two rounds of issues with insurance submissions and lack of communication from the office manager during a tight timeline that the doctor and insurance was working with me on, I am extremely disappointed. I love the doctor and she was trying so hard to help me. The paperwork submitted was wrong and with my insurance advocate we could have fixed it in time to get approval for the procedure.. if the office manager would have at least returned my call.
Totally unprofessional and I just can't understand why the doctor was so willing to push for me but then her office dropped the ball and then ignored my two messages about the critical timeline I was dealing with. Bummer.

I have had an great experience and have felt absolutely that this office has my best interest at heart. Dr. Banerjee and her assistant really have been fantastic explaining everything and answering all of my questions. The ladies in the office have been helpful and engaging. I had one confusing mix up but I think it was just miscommunication. I'm grateful that my heart led me to a team who cares about me and what's going on

They are rude!!! The first time my mother walked out with blood running down her leg and had to go back they were rude about rebranding her leg, now then they made me leave on the second time because I took pictures solely of my mother being prepped these people are not good!!

DOCTOR'S ARE GREAT! THE BILLING AND FRONT OFFICE NOT AS MUCH. BEEN DEALING SEVEN MONTHS WITH A COPAY I MADE IN THE OFFICE NOT BEING CREDITED ON 11/18/2024. EACH MONTH, I GO OR CALL. TAKE A COPY OF CANCELLED CHECK. AND HERE WE ARE 06/05/2025 AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PHONE CALL REGARDING THIS.
