The level of care my mother received in the lab for her loop recorder was excellent!! Everyone was kind and easily put my extremely anxious mother at ease. She has stage 2 alzheimer's so I had been explaining to her about the procedure and successfully calming her up to the night before her procedure. When we arrived her anxiety stopped. Thank you to everyone!! Our family gives our very positive recommendation!!
I traveled between King George and Fredericksburg at least 10x. My biggest complaint was the fact that Nuclear Med tests were split between 2 visits. I've worked in radiology for 2 decades & always did resting & treadmill tests together. So each patient has to get an IV 2x & injected twice!! Same with ultrasound. I had to pay my $100+ copay several days in a row because they "cannot" do more than 1 study per day. It is simply a money grab, pure & simple!! More copay money plus charge the insurance companies multiple times. Shame
The staff, nurses, and doctors here are great. However, just like others that have left reviews on here, they are terrible with sharing test results. It's never posted on the Patient Portal, and nobody ever notifies you about them or answer the phone. They make you wait until your doctor appointment, which is usually months away. This is concerning, especially if you have an impending health condition that needs immediate attention right away. I understand this clinic is short-staffed, but this is unacceptable. What a shame, because this place is wonderful, except for them withholding crucial test results.
By far one of the best medical practices I have been to. Each and every person I came into contact with was compassionate and knowledgeable. I knew that I was in competent and loving hands. I will be recommending Oracle to all of my friends, family and clients.
