I was more than satisfied from start to finish with arranging my appt. Within 3days of my calling to when I was seen by my doctor Dr. Jenkins at the Fredrericksburg location. Once I explained my problem for which I was there for she immediately made arrangements for an x-ray on the area to take place after our appt together. She then checked on my file to make sure that I was caught up on all my vaccinations and other upcoming appts for the future. I then asked for my meds I take for 12days every.3mos. She put request to pharmacy and I was able to p/u after my x-ray. Then i went down to x-ray dept and the process was all of 10mins start to finish. I'm awaiting the results and a text from Dr. for the findings. All in all everything went smoothly. Dr Jenkins has exceeded My expecting of her for my complicated medical needs. I choose Dr. Jenkins in Feb. 2025 as my long time primary Dr. left KP organization. I'm more than happy with her professional handling of my medical needs.
