They seem to have gotten better with answering the phone and have a texting feature, but still a horrendously outdated system in the office and record keeping. The NPs I've seen so far are great, the front office staff are great as well. They just need to invest in better phone system and records system. Every time I go I have to make sure they charge me the correct copay or I end up carrying a balance. Getting refills is also a nightmare if you don't mention them at your appointment, don't expect it to automatically happen through the pharmacy, they will make you schedule a whole other appointment even though you were just there yesterday.
